Hi, I’m Deanna Jones, and know firsthand the challenges leaders face today because I’ve been there. With over 30 years in the corporate world—including 25 years at Cisco Systems—I’ve seen firsthand what makes workplaces thrive… and what makes employees disengage, disconnect, and leave.
